2-Second Access
Open Lupa instantly with the Action Button or Control Center.
Lupa is designed to open in under two seconds so you can look up a word without losing your place in a book. There are two ways to do it.
Action Button
On iPhone 15 Pro, 16, and newer, the Action Button on the side of your phone can launch Lupa instantly — even from the lock screen.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Action Button.
- Swipe to Shortcut.
- Choose Open Lupa.
Press and hold the Action Button and the camera opens, focused, ready to read.
Control Center
Every iPhone running iOS 18 or newer can add Lupa to Control Center.
- Swipe down from the top-right corner to open Control Center.
- Tap the + in the top-left to edit controls.
- Tap Add a Control and search for Lupa.
- Drag the Lupa tile anywhere on your layout.
